This morning the birds were tweeting in the sunshine, and after so many wet mornings this was a special treat.

I’m so lucky that selling a house London has bought me a year off. And I’m determined to make some money from growing stuff, so I can stay in the garden and out of the office for as long as possible.

So this morning was a perfect time to sow a few seeds. 

With luck there will soon be seedlings of flowers, herbs and cacti.  Hopefully they will be happy in the window ledge.

And I hope it might be possible to sell some of of these cacti, herbs and flowers – maybe online, via eBay, or at Frome market. 

Anyway, that’s the plan. I’ll give it my best shot.
