Cathy at Rambling in the Garden is sharing a lovely pink vase of tulips today. In a vase on Monday is in the addictive meme where gardeners share what’s looking good where they are. š·
My contribution this week is a little crystal glass vase of ranunculus and bleeding heart with quince japonica. It’s quite a late post today so this was shot in the garden room under artificial light.
As it is a night time photo the garden fairy lights are just visible in the background. They’re newish and quite cute š

Ranunculus always look so perfect – are yours grown in the ground or inside? And there is that quince again! I liked seeing the fairy lights in the background – they added another dimension to your vase. Thanks for sharing

The ranunculus grows in a pot outside, I picked up the plants at a local market a couple of weeks ago. And yes – still enjoying that quince in the garden š

So pretty and who can resist fairy lights? I do love ranunculus and the colours are all soft and lovely here.

Lovely. Those ranunculus look immaculate! Now you have got me wondering how far my Bleeding heart plant is. Must go and check on it right now! š
